Hi Everyone

,
I am back from our trip. We had a very good time and I took a lot of pics and if I every get them developed I will show everyone some of the things I saw.
I did not get to travel into Mexico, only into a border town, but it was so much fun

It sure makes me happy to be an American. I feel for people in other countries that don't have it as well as I do here.
I seen so many places I have never seen before

Yuma was very cool

and had the best weather, it was a great place to stay. We also traveled into the deserts of California and Nevada. I got to travel into Glendale Nevada, this is where the controversial wild palms are that are not supposed to be native

I seen small forest of palms in southern Arizona along the colarado river, but are nothing like the palm forests by Glendale NV. These palms are old and far away from other older palms of the area. I also noticed that a cold spell came through the area this winter and completely froze back other Filifera palms to the point of looking comepletly dead, but a mile to the north are hundreds of untouched wild palms. I think these palms have been there a very long time. I also think they need to do more studies on these palms
We had so much fun, I hope everyone gets a chance to visit there
