who would have thought to do that! Most people 'think' pavers get ripped up by snow plows.....I wonder how they fair in cold areas with lots of snow?

Think this was in Europe somewhere, and they must clear snow too.
Maybe their snowplow drivers leave a 2-inch packed snow base on roads?
