Poster at UBC BG wants Palm ID

Don't know if you've seen this, but there's still no answer on this ID at the UBC Botanical Gardens Forum, Plant Identification, about the 3rd or 4th posting down.
..figured you folks would know what it is.

It's some kind of bottle palm, but which? Stunning, eh?
Gawd, if this is their yard, I'm puttin' up a for sale sign (green with envy, where is that emoticon?)

Looks like a small bottle palm. (Hyophorbe lagenicaulis)

That was kwik! Both you and the site's Moderator picked the same ID.
Thank you...I stuck your reply on there, saying "experienced palm poster from PalmsNorth.com agreed".
I have no hope of getting one of these, as indicated in another post, all the plants these days seem to be labelled "tropical foliage". :(
Would never know what it was going to grow into (if it was a little one).
