Oregon palms at 45oN

Sorry to be offline for so long. I didn't have much to report.

In May, I loaded the back of my car and drove from Oklahoma to Oregon. I planted a bunch of additional palms from my potted palm collection in the garden at my parent's coastal cottage. I'll share some cell phone pics when I get them on Flickr. In the meantime, here is a short (~1') youtube video showing several palms, both new from this year and going back a couple of years:

Hi Erik,

First palm I believe is Sabal species, probably Sabal minor. T. wagnerianus is enjoining climate of Oregon. Is that coonties from Florida hardy in Oregon? Chamadorea radicalis is also one of my favorite palm species.
