Educating my Grandson Jim about palms, and how much this Mexican Fan palm has grown just 1 year and one winter in the ground.

No doubt! They are big! Will Be of a challenge this fall to condense them before putting cage around it for the winter.

I know what you mean-mine is growing strait up now,definitely blasting out of it's compact spring growth.
