citrus trees south west PA

I am looking to buy a Kumquat tree, but not sure to do it now and trust the winter wrap some places use, or wait until the temps come up in the Pittsburgh area. Does anyone have any info on places they like to buy from, not sure who to buy from!

I would not have any citrus shipped this time of year to your area. Depending on what type of kumquat you are looking for, I will be budding some up in the spring.
