Almost the size of the store bought ones now...this
plant produced an off shoot bigger than it,has another
shoot on the side and of course a new plant on the P-apple
itself.
I would guess that next year the off shoot will be fruiting...
I think the real key is making sure it gets pollinated outside
as each little chamber has its own fruit pouch that all grow
into a large fruit,it has been a real joy to experience the process!

I had no idea when I planted this it would even work...
for some reason,I thought you needed some fruit left under
the portion you cut and plant,not so,just the green part
is needed and you can even see little roots sometimes
once the fruit is gone.
