Yeah possibly, I have seen green goblet with darker spines. But those were not covered for winter which may make a difference. Came across one last month at Myrtle Beach, been in love ever since.

Did you apply heat to the Agaves? Mine pulled through however seemed to have some dried out leaves. Perhaps overheated?

Temp range was in the 19F to 80F range.
I added an extra heated in mid December and
this kept the temps in the 27F to 80F range.

I am a little protective of the Trichocereus freezing
and unfortunately these higher winter temps keep
some of the cactus from blooming.
