Thanks, Benny! I'll keep that in mindBenny, Northern Denmark wrote:Hello marcel,
I have noticed, that if a new Yucca is planted a little deeper, than one would think, with the lover leaves just below the surface, then the Yucca grow faster, and will it will grow a thicker base. A good base is very important when the Yucca in time will be in bloom. If the base is too thin-weak the heavy bloom will make the plant to tilt when it's windy or rainy weather conditions or and staking might be necessary.

my indoor rostrata's leaves are wilting. Should I stop watering it at all? It grows in plastic pot with sandy-gravel soil, so very quick drying. It has very little light, unfortunately, but temperature is pretty high. I know, it's bad for overwintering.
Tim, an update for you. I believe every yucca I have received from you is alive and well.TimMAz6 wrote:Nice update!
Big Mama seedlings should be hardy to at least -20C.......likely even hardier to -25C. Excess winter moisture is the biggest problem.
