I am thinking about planting some Arisaema.
Is there any large ones I can grow in zone 5?
Some that can be 10 ft or higher?

The only ones that I can find are: A. dracontium which is Zone 4 and is supposed to grow to 4' and
A. consanguinem which is zone 5 and is supposed to grow to 6'
I don't know where you would find a vendor.
If you want something that tall that grows in the 'wet', have you thought of papyrus. I have heard of a variety that is a lot hardier than the norm of Zone 8 and still grows close to 10'.

You don't have to be crazy to grow palms in Alberta..... But it helps
Here is a place that sells them but they have a $100 minimum plus $75 for a phytosanitary for international shipping:
