
I really think to make the big move next year and move to Florida....I have the worst winter, pay a lot of taxes , fuel at 1,45$/liter

That's funny Ben! I moved out of there 6 years ago for the same reasons. Playa Del Carmen 1 hour south of Cancun. My wife and I were Married there 3.5 years ago. We try to spend a month or so there every year... The botanical garden is about 1KM south Puerto Morales apparently lots of native palms and cacti and birds and even a few monkeys from what I heard.
