Fire trimming...I have wanted to do this for a while.
I have seen habitat photos of Takil that look this way after brush fires.

I think it looks awesome,almost more like Takil or a Latisectus trunk not that my neighbors will notice...

Nainital doesn't look quite as neat,because I put it out sooner,these things almost blow up when you put a flame near the trunk hairs...
better now that when its rapped with lights,not that that has been an issue.

I think it will be interesting to see if the palm responds with more tomentum like it did after spear.socket pull.

I wish,although I am thinking no winter would be nice...
Better in flames now than when they are covered...
I always wanted to try this,making it safer for winter was what made me do it.
