That's cool!Plants Delight has a 'new' linearifolia
I haven't looked at their 2013 issue yet, but aren't Tony's "added descriptions" on some plants hilarious?
...that he's only killed it twice, etc.
post a pic when you receive it.

Would be worth a try, good looking Yucca.TimMAz6 wrote:Plants Delight has a 'new' linearifolia.........I may get one........it has a slight variegation along the leaf edges..........looks cool.
Yup, a couple of acres out in the country...just think of what you'd have space forhave 30 yuccas waiting for garden spaces...........time to move
I'm not gonna move - two month ago I got extra 500 sq. meters (have no idea about sq.feet) of a garden plot. Constructor filled up a ravine along an east edge of my backyard. Now I have 1500 sq.meters of the land in total.TimMAz6 wrote:I really need more garden space.................I will likely not get the PDN linearifolia................I have 30 yuccas waiting for garden spaces...........time to move.
Nice to see the ground again.all garage plants are outside and all snow is gone now.
Thanks Barb, but I think we won't see above freezing untill the Tuesday after, so almost ten days from now. And only a high of 33F/0.5C.lucky1 wrote:Can't find my bikini...![]()

Accuweather says, by Tuesday, our High will be 9C 48F, and LOW of 5C 41F.
Hope Aaron gets that warm-up too.
But hoping it's not a typo.![]()

Will do!send it with Jay, so he can drop it off here on his way to Vegas
This "lucky" couldn't get L.grandis through its first year.I would have thought I would be lucky if they kept any of their leaves!
yeah, I remember that!I rescued my Bizzy off the porch when I saw it was 22F out?
hardyjim wrote:You guys crack me up.....they both put out 2 leaves over the summer,
one so far over the winter, the first Grandis I had did nothing....until it died.
Now I will expect more from them though-LOL
I think part of it is getting a good one and the other part
is then being past their awkward adolescence-you know-
when they die
I did everything for that Licuala short of flushing it around in the toilet for more humidity.since they do ok in shade, im sure if you left them in the bathroom when you have a shower for bit would do just as well
Looks almost prehistoric...like the dinosaurs should come munching.with a good mulch and if its kept dry it will survive here
Sorry, Igor, forgot to congratulate you on the extra space.two month ago I got extra 500 sq. meters
That occurred to me too.the soil dumped there should have being compressed for a while
Good to know some things never change...the US currency is a most powerful law
