Hi Madi, welcome aboard Palms North.

When brown occurs on leaf tips, it can be a sign of too much--or too little--water.
But spider mites (if the palm has been indoors for a long time) are first noticed at leaf tips.

As for the spots here and there on leaf segments, often scale (and mite) infestation can look like that localized damage.
Doesn't look too serious.

Maybe wash/blast with a hose the underside of each leaf segment to remove any crawlies.

If you drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.

Hey Barb,

I can tell you that I kept them inside around 4 months, but I haven't seen any spider on them and having the same spots on the leaf. But I have to admit that I water them often: if not daily then sure at every two days. Plus, not all of them have the brown spots on the leaf.
I have also separated the "healthy" ones from the ones with the brown spots...in case this thing can infest the others.
