Branches with buds are fine. You are right. But for now I would do nothing about it, you would not want to cut off something that is possibly going to grow.

Hi Tim,

not sure about your Mag branches...........they look a tad discolored but may pull through. Trees should be leaf'n out over the next few weeks so you know soon!
