Beaucarnea recurvata

Not a palm but a succulent, Found this one on the "Distessed" plant shelf. Had to trim it up a bit.

Seems the nursery's supplying these are taking larger plants and sectioning them. This one has sprouted 6-8 growth points from where it was cut.

Nice plant!..

Very exotic...

They are quite easy to grow...

I have managed to grow this one from a little Walmart sucker..

In fact, they tend to like it dry during the winter with lots of cool misting...no humidity and of course sunshine...

In the mid spring I put them outside in morning sun until about November...
