Vitis var Himrod ( Himrod grape)

I bought one of these on awhim. Hardy to zone 5, sweet grapes. I just dont have any idea what I should do with it now, or when the best time to plant it is. It has no leaves, and looks like a dead stick ( its not dry, so its alive I know that much). Ive never grown grapes before, so any help would be appreaciated
