One from Dolphin Beach

Post by Barrie »

Not far from me is the small community of Dolphin Beach.
I was curious about these palms in a burlap shelters on either side of the driveway.
From where I was, they looked like regular old Windmil palms, just like the others around this garden.
So why the elaborate protection ?
I'll have to drive by again in the spring and see what they really are.

Cheers, Barrie.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

They must be something else Barrie. Why would they protect them and not the others? I'll be curious to see what they are too in the spring.

Yes. Hopefully someone will be around so I can get a garden tour. It's definately an upscale neighborhood with nearly all the homes having ocean views. Some of the homes could certainly be classified as estates with very hefty price tags.

Cheers, Barrie.

Gorgeous!

Heck, those copper urns are worth more than my car!
