If I put a fan in the room with my plants, should it blow directly onto the plants or not?

As long as it's humid in there,it's good for them,probably is anyway-

Wxman directly on the plant is best especially your seedlings to make the trunks stronger. Stagnant moist air is is asking for trouble for mold and fungus.

Put the fan in there. By doing that, the relative humidity increased up to 50-55%. Temperature is still 80-85 by day and around 75 at night. Growing nicely!!
