I think the last photo could be a cordyline like a cabbage palm or tree but its not a palm.They are native to new zealand or australia. Correct me if im wrong I know they are native in your area.

I know that cordylines and Furcraea roezlii have almost the same look. I know that they are both native in new zealand.Its sometimes hard to tell.They are not that hardy.They are like a yucca but weaker and takes less frost.
