Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus)

I have these plants I'm trying to get to bloom so they seed. They are Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus). I've potted them up to 10-gallon containers. Used Osmocote on them, should I use more fertilizer? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
