what about those palm wraps?

anybody care to discuss their experience with wrapping larger palm trees during winter. I think last year a number of people experimented with wrapping your trees like a burrito. How did everything turn out and what will you do differently this year? I have a trachy fortunei that's 10 foot tall (with fronds straight up) and I need to think about alternative protection methods this year. THANKS in advance.

Hi, i posted a few post regarding wrapping in the last 2 years. It works well but this year i will put the arbotex between the heat tape and palm cause it burned few leaves last winter. In a normal winter,i don t have this problem. But last winter was horrible
