how hardy are they?

I am impressed with a first year seedling of this E. neglecta............I would have thougth it would have died after a high of 13F (-10.6C) and low of -0.9F (-18.3C).

E. neglecta (cold hardy provence......I forget now)

Well there supposed to be zone 7 or 6b hardy. I am planting one outside my new house and will test this winter myself the first time. There dieing out from drought and lots inbreeding make some trees to have unviable seeds. These germinate I have got them to just soaking them on a damp papper towel.
There supposed to be the hardiest of them all thats my i hunted seeds down. If you look up miena cider gum youll find info. I have bought as many as i could so i can see what seedlings survive on there own the place i bought them sold them by the gram.
