Pulled the boxes off today

Post by teebee » Sat Mar 29, 2014 12:41 pm

I post one of the big Trachy now and will post the rest later.

I might decide to do a different protection method next year I certainly blew a lot of C9 bulbs my big trachy went in with 175w of protection it would be lucky if I had 40-50w by the time I removed the protection today. Maybe I need lots of bulbs and expect the failures or bulbs and a heater or something. My Minimum temp was -26c (-15F) for 5 straight hours on Jan 22nd. And the average has been -7.5C from Jan 1 to today.

Great job protecting that size palm. Can't believe you still have that much snow. It looks like we are finally done with winter.
