Post by Dean W. » Fri Jun 20, 2008 8:25 pm

Anyone have trouble viewing pictures on Rarepalmseeds.com? I get nothing when I view. I recently made some changes to my computer so I don't know if it's me.

Dean,

They are working for me, are you using a pop up blocker that might be keeping them from displaying?
( Google toolbar, etc)

Steve, even after turning off my pop-up blocker I still don't see a thing. I just got broad band internet connection and anti-spy software so I think it might be my firewall or something.

Try this link and see if it comes up,

http://rarepalmseeds.com/shop/ChaMic.shtml

If you can see it, then it may be the security setting on your computer, are you using Windows and Internet Explorer?

Broadband is nice! :D

I don't know what provider you have, but most will give you free software which for the most part sucks... We offer a few different software options, but you are better off with Norton internet security.

Steve, that one works. Yes, I'm using Windows and Internet Explorer. When I go to that link on my own it opens without pics. Weird?

Todd, I got Roadrunner. So far it's been a pain. LOL!!!

That is who I work for. I believe the latest we are offering is CA internet security... If you have the old EZ-armor crap uninstall it & upgrade to the CA suite.

This may help. http://crm.my-etrust.com/CIDocument.asp ... A88124EE7C

Todd, thanks so much. I deleted a few sites and added that one and now it works. :D

Thanks again,

Hey Todd,

Now I'm having problems uploading photos to Photobucket. Any suggestions besides unistalling the Road runner anti-virus software?

Thanks,
Dean

What kind of problem are you having ? I doubt it has anything to do with your security software.

There is no upload button on my page (home page). An after logging in there is no log out button available either. Instead it says login. Just thought you might a quick fix. The other computer in the house is working fine. That's why I thought it was the security software.

Thanks,
Dean

Hmmm. I don't use Photobucket, but try adding it to your approved list.

Thanks, Todd! I tried that it didn't work! I'll give Road Runner a call.
