Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing pics of your yuccas, great pics! I loved how you showed an overall view of the place and then closeups of every yucca. if you don't mind me asking a few questions: -how old are your seed grown elatas(or glaucas)? I really love the small trunks, I hope their t...

I might suggest that they are the ONLY way to go! I'm still waiting for someone to make some Yucca brevifolia hybrids. I was able to overwinter a brevifolia for about 3 years in my garden (moisture protection, absolute minimum low was -32C), but they won't take the cold/wet long term. P.S. I will g...

Edmar: nice collection you got there! What about rainfall in your area? Is it high? Thanks Marceli.......rainfall here is fairly high?, in July we get over 100 mm of rain, check this graph for more info http://www.worldweatheronline.com/Terrebonne-weather-averages/Quebec/CA.aspx I'm surprised that ...

Hi Edwin.... those Yuccas really look good and the pictures have an amazing clarity to them. No favourites there, I'd have them all in my garden. Lets hope the Winter is kinder for you. Hi Andy, Thank you for your nice comments, I'm really happy about the growth of my yuccas until now, I try to tak...

Cool stuff! Hope to see some of those hybrids make it through the winter! You're in a similar (but slightly warmer?) zone than I am, I'm in a solid 4b near Kingston, ON. I'll see if I can't grab some pics of mine in a few weeks for comparison. Hi Paul, If I believe the current predictions for this ...

Nice collection of Yucca... that Colorguard sure is a pretty Yucca when it can be fully seen. Do you use any kind of cover over them? Thanks Jim! I really like my yuccas color guard, both really stand out in the garden I usually don't protect my yuccas except this past winter when I made a shelter ...

My yuccas 2015 (lots of pics!)
Hi everyone! It's been awhile that I haven't posted here so I like to share pics of the progress my yuccas (grown from seed) have made and also new additions mainly "hybrids" This is my rock garden where I've planted many of my yuccas, the difference from 2014 is that pure rostratas are mi...
