Hey Barrie I tried Ray as that was where I got my last ones, but haven't heard back from him. His site only shows him having 1 gal size, I would prefer smaller ones, and be able to get a few. Hey Barrie I had a few of these from Joe as well, but mine all perished 2 winters ago. Up to that point they sure grew quickly. Yours looks awesome, I wish I could have provided them with a better environment like I have now. I guess if it was easy, it wouldn't be so rewarding when it works. Jen

Thanks Barrie I'll give it a try. We were in Vancouver yesterday, and the palms are so much further along there, I'm just hoping mines not to late for a date :) I'll try to drop by again sometime soon, I would love to see how your place is progressing Jen

Hand Fertilizing T. fortunei ?

Has anyone ever hand pollinated Trachycarpus? My palm is just starting to flower now, it seems behind everybody elses. Last year when we got it, the inflorescences appeared to be female. My male palm will be lucky if it lives never mind flowers. I can get a male infloresence/pollen, but wasn't sure ...
