They are great tree.

Too bad they aren't evergreen

Yes an evergreen would be a plus...

I like its delicate pinkish hue before full blossom...the buds look nice and fat (like its owner) :lol:

I have made the decision that if it isn't evergreen it doesn't make it in my yard unless it produces fruit and even then I debating whether I keep my peach, plum, kiwi and apple trees.

I agree, Wes.
Having one pear, a peach, a couple of cherry trees, etc. is as much work as having a whole orchard!
And when the fruit's ready, stores are almost giving the stuff away.

The kiwi must be spectacular though.
