Khasia Hills Fan Palm or Trachycarpus martianus
I Got this last year before the end of the season so I didn't Plant it am happy I didn't it. Bad news is looks like this after 18 degrees.
Nobody panics when people plant normal trees because its part of the plan... if someone plants a Palm EVERYONE LOSES THERE MINDS!
