Center pull on PDP

To everybody that had center pull this year on their Pygmy Date Palm,
DO NOT THROW IT AWAY!
I had mine pull two center spears about 3 weeks ago. When I pulled them they looked wet and soggy at the center and had given hope. Since I threw a Fortunei seed that had poped into the pot also, I continued to water the pot. Yesterday I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw TWO new spears shooting up. Then this morning I noticed that they are REALLY GROWING FAST!!! they grew at least an inch in 12 hours and one of the spears is HUGE.
So keep the faith folks.
