Just got this order in from a Nursery in Austria. They include small seedlings of palm hybrids, Trachycarpus Takil Dasylirion Cedrosanum and Agave Atrovirens Mirablis
Some of the strap seedlings look a little cream crackered possibly through excess cold but hopefully they will pull through
I forgot theres a strap seedling of Sabal Riverside and a woefully small Yucca Neomexicana.
In the third picture it will be interesting to see the difference between Jubaea X Butia F1 and F2
HardyJim.... your thoughts on the Trachy.... be gentle
Barb.... The dasylirions are becoming quite popular over here.... I have lost a few though to long cold spells.
Jim... Not really unexpected but hey ..its a trachy A few more close ups
Henoh... I am hoping that those hybrids survive ... some look strong but some look weak. The jubaea x Butia should hopefully be hardy here. The Butyagrus definitely isn't. See pics above for close ups. Your pic appears to show a thick weave whereas mine is quite thin.
Very nice haul, I really like the dasy. Those are becoming one of my new favorites. Hope your Takil is true! My should be waiting for me when I return home.
