I'm surprised the fellow doesn't have a Trachy or two.
Too bad they didn't picture the Needle palms.

Did you notice the Cylindropuntia in the foreground? The thing is something like 8' tall and was cut back a couple years ago!
He does (did?) have a couple decent sized Trachies which he burlaps for the winter. He also has a magnificent Cunninghamia, the best I've seen here (30' tall maybe?), a huge Albizia, several trunking Yuccas, etc. etc. Pretty impressive really.
It says that Niagara is a zone 6a, but it's really averaged in zone 7 for the past 20+ years.

yes.........that garden has some great specimen plants.
