Entering the garden from the northwest side-
I made a little Castor bean tunnel,pictures don't
do it justice,really is cool under there,like
looking up from a tropical jungle-of weeds-LOL

All that's missing is a lawnchair in that tropical paradise.
You're well on your way: less and less weeds the taller your stuff gets.

But P U H L E A S E take those 2 Licuala indoors.
They're far too beautiful and valuable to risk.

The only plants I brought in were a Diffenbachea,Orchid,some of the small
Pachys and the L.Grandis-the low temp was 37F(@6')...about 41F a foot off the ground.

Thank goodness it wasn't as cold as predicted.

How are the L.Ramsayi and Fishtail looking this morning? And the tall Pachy lamerei?

They are fine,the newest leaves on the Pachy get some pin hole damage but thats about it.

Anytime I got up,I checked the temps.

It was apparent by the time I went to bed that the warm ground
was going to keep the temps from bottoming out.

At sunrise I watered everything,the water from the hose is still around 70F :D

if he has those at home are in Fla.
