I put a yardstick in some of the pics to add some scale.

Castors are around 8' now.

Little snow banana(Ensete Glaucum)and Caryota maxima.

Siam seems to love the hot weather-just not over 100

<a href="http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... nt=5-2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... ed/5-2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... t=13-2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... d/13-2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... t=14-2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... d/14-2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Cereus peruvianus has not grown from the top yet
but has grown a 4" new branch since 6/28 and the
other branch is growing...I repotted it today
and turned it so the branches can even out...
wish I would have got a pic of the roots!

<a href="http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... t=16-2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... d/16-2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... t=15-2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... d/15-2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Never seen the P.Lamerei get such a big head-
the leaf crown is about a yard across-

<a href="http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... t=11-2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... d/11-2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

The smaller Washy is hanging on-it has root damage.

The other is blasting away!

<a href="http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... t=10-2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm22 ... d/10-2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Washy would probably look nicer without the 4'0'clocks around it but they come back there every year.....(happy)

Rajapuri pouring it on!

The castors look amazing. The rest of the garden too. Great work.

Love it.

Agave and castors look good together...guess that's what gardeners call "texture".

Spectacular Pachypodium lamerei.
Mine's still limping along, not doing bugger all above the "pinched/collapsed" area.

Look around it really close you may see a branch starting........

Thats how I noticed the branch on the Cereus cactus,I was looking to see if
the top was moving as it seemed odd that it was taking so long.......
this is when I noticed the little branch had started moving and a new
whole new branch was visible,it also looks like there are some little bumps
forming on some upper spines so,if I am lucky, maybe it will bloom this year

-it is big enough now :D

-it is big enough now
Certainly is.
Great looking plant.

Mine's trying to put out a leaf here and there around the collapsed area.
We'll see.
