Trachy and Musa Basjoo

Post by bgodwin1987 »

My trachy is already shooting up a new spear, and the Musa basjoo is already past my knee and it's still March, weird weather.

You're easily a full month ahead of the West.

You just need more of them, Bryce...

Thanks Barb im working on it I have a few clumps of Musa Basjoo, working on getting some more Tropicals. I have like 30 Trachy Seedlings, abt 40 Sabal Minor seedlings, 4 needle palm seedlings, 1 yucca rostrata, 3 diff kinds of hardy cacti, 1 yucca color guard, 2 variegated Yucca gloriosa, all waiting to be planted. Plus I have some cannas and elephant ears I need to plant. So yeah im working on getting the exotics there are hard to come by around here though, so iv been getting most of them on ebay. I think im about done buying for a while though I need to get all these babies in the ground first.

It's nice to see spring growth so early in the year. I bet your trachy will take off in size this season.
