My parent's beach house got snow again Monday.
The same day they flew to Norway. Odd place for a Spring Break trip, but warmer up there than in Oregon.

Didn't snow in kelowna. Looks like we missed the fun.

Tim, I had 2 Yuzus planted outside through the winter. The protection came off of one, and I know that it's dead. Maybe the Poncirus rootstock will re-sprout. I haven't uncovered the other one yet, so we'll have to see how it does!

I actually like seeing Trachys with snow on them! It shouldn't get cold enough to damage or burn the palm, should it? Plastic bag just extra insurance?

Andy, the plastic was added over the spear to keep it dry.
Removed as soon as the snow ended.

Despite being only 35 miles south of me, Kelowna could be (weatherwise) 500 miles south of here.
Okanagan Lake is a huge lake, with considerable moderating influence.
Too far from me to do any good.

dont be frustrated its almost over. Your palms big enough weather above 20 shouldnt bother it one bit
