Daughter's Wedding 2 weeks Saturday

Post by lucky1 » Thu Aug 25, 2011 10:04 pm

Just typing this seems to relieve some of the planning stress.

Jeez, thank goodness there's only one daughter!
I can't imagine anyone going through this planning fiasco (caterer/florist/band/tent company/staff/MC wanting me to write his speech..sheesh!)...every hour of every day has something scheduled just to get it arranged.

God, I'm gonna have a couple of very stiff drinks and curl up in a corner.

There...that felt good.
Thanks.

Hang in there, Barb.
Remember we want to see photos of the garden as set up for the ceremony.
A week after, you'll have a hankering to plan something new. I'm thinking a 2nd honeymoon for you and H.

Thanks Erik...
a 2nd honeymoon for you and H.
if he's still talking to me after this event

Had I known earlier how expensive flowers are, I would've spent $50 on flower seeds 4 months ago (instead of palm seeds) :P

You two should be ready for a 2nd Honeymoon too...no more stalls to swamp out, or chickens to catch.
You've worked so hard.
Maybe visit some nurseries just to look around...

Cheers.
Barb

Hi Barb,

I hope the weather will cooperate. I know your planning will work out and the wedding will be great. Don't forget, we all want to see some photos too!
