Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Farmers in OK and Texas would agree.
Western OK has had almost no rain since September. This "dust bowl" event is much worse than the one in the 1930s that John Steinbeck made famous in his novel.
Here, lows are in the 70s as we have had enough rain to get humidity up; highs are near 100 F daily with "heat index" values >100 F daily. and it is still, technically, "Spring"!
Yes sir, making me think "Yucca" vs. "palm" (let alone "Musa").

P.S. thanks for the chat w/ W last night. Call you soon myself.

Sid,
I'll try calling you this evening.

As for the weather, is it too early to complain yet?
This map shows air temps as of 3:15 pm

Bixby is 97. Or was, an hour ago. No relief in the forecast.
AC on full has the house at 84 F. Oh, wait--am I complaining?

Man, I cant wait for some hot temps! They are calling for a warmer then average summer (.5C - 1C+on average) accross the entire country, minus Vancouver island, and nova scotia ( I cant remember newfoundland)....

Temps in the mid 30s (C), with humidity is perfect. I missed the humidity living out west. Sure calgary gets liek 36C in the summer easy ( hotter in open paved areas), its dryer then betty white in bed...
