Hey guys,
Are any of you getting your email notifications when someone posts? Mine hasn't worked for a long time and I was wondering if it was a problem on my end.

Mine hasn't worked for a long time either.
I contacted Jay ages ago, he said he "looked at it", and there seems to be no problem his end.
I think mine puked out since a Firefox update about six months ago.
I looked at the "security permissions" under Tools, Options, and Palmsnorth.com is listed as being OK, so I'm puzzled.

must be something to do with "allowed" cookies, but I can't figure it out.
Are we all using Firefox browser?

Not getting mine either. I just looked at settings earlier trying to fix. I loved that application.

Yes, As Barb said "I looked at it" and didn't find any problems. I went over the server and scripting for the site.
The problem is probably at your email providers end. Please white list
admin@palmsnorth.com

Jay

Bet that's the problem.
Thanks Jay!

Can anyone tell me how to do this using Chrome on a Windows PC? --Erik

Nope, Erik, I haven't used Chrome.
But I did goof re the FF mention.
It's the email program that'd kick out the notifications, I think (not the browser).
Gotta find the whitelisting under Tools Options Preferences etc.
Tried it, still doesn't work.
I give up.

When I get back from Las Vegas I will try something different that will hopefully solve this problem.

I'm convinced it's not your end, Jay.
I simply haven't got the computer savvy to figure it out.
Have a great vacation...taking your shovel?

Thanks Barb, Don't think I can take a shovel on the airplane.
