Man it's been cold for the last week.
Seems we're paying for "no winter".

Looking up for next week....finally

Cooler here to Barb. Chilly if the truth be known. We're having trouble breaking 12C (54F) but worst of all was the vicious storm that ripped through for 18 hours here yesterday.
Power outages, downed trees, heavy seas, you name it, it happened. My framework for my Phoenix canariensis was tossed around the property and the cover was reduced to shreds, even being anchored with concrete pier blocks.

Cheers, Barrie.

12 C for Vancouver IS cool, Barrie.
Saw the storm damage on TV...the Island got hit hard by all accounts.

Good winds for the turbine the last two days here :D

Oh no...your Phoenix framework...at least it didn't end up in the next municipality!
I've been chasing patio chairs for two days.

It'll be nice to get warm next week.
The planted Trachy and Washy filifera should love that.
Gonna plant (finally) the 6 Yucca rostrata babies that have done so well since receiving them last year.
The big rostrata, I think, is toast.
It's getting more yellow each day.
