Trachycarpus princeps from the stone gate

The following are T.princeps grown from seeds of the stone gate.
Some say they may be different from the previous sources which either demonstrate long or compact leaves.I can't compare them with other sources and so did not know much about the difference since I did not grow them by myself and so did not know the difference.
The bluish look and white hairy thread linking the leaflets of these T.princeps are very interesting. As time goes on, the green seedlings with slim strap leaves turn into gray green with increasingly broader leaflets before shifting to blue which is great about them.Plus the white powder becomes more apparent especially to the underside of the split leaves, and also on the leaf upperside and petioles.

They look the same as mine but as I said before-
that is some serious fur on those leaves!
Very cool!

Yes, Jim, there is much white to brown fur on the petioles and leaves, evidently to see. Very interesting.
:D
I like your big T.princeps and hope mine will be picking up the growth fast.
