Looking Good There!!! It looks like you have some more palms to plant. Nice queen by your pool! That will take some protection. I wonder how cold your pool water gets? maybe you could run some pex tubing with a fish pump around the trunk. Plus wrapping it of corse. I guess it depends on the water temp though. Might be a cheap way to heat if the waters warm enough.

Thanks. The foxtail, bizzy, and queens do not have a chance here. The pool water is extremely cold and we are guaranteed temps to drop into the teens in the winter. I plan on building boxes around them and putting a light bulb with a thermostat inside.

That should work out just fine. I didn't know if you heated the pool or not, trying to save you some work.

Nice to see I`m not the only one who has got the palm bug

Those palms are so nice. Keep us informed how they do this winter.
