Are those the ones that you left in your garage?
If so they will produce fruit if you keep up with that amount of protection. I'll order my banana margarita now.

They look great

Bananas and lighting

Post by Okanagan desert-palms » Sun Mar 09, 2008 8:47 pm

Dean they are in our spare bedroom with a 600 watt metal halide bulb on 4 hours after dusk to make them think its summer. I`m sure my neighbors must think I`m growing something other than Bananas in there LOL . All of the M. basjoos will be planted this year. Wes I think I should have some real bananas within the next year or two . I bought two half gallon plants three years ago and have taken offshoots to clone more and more and more ............ Uno banana margararita por Wes pronto. I will post pics of the in ground basjoos progress.

The poor guys back in Ontario Canada don't want to see your great pics without crying> They've had so much snow it's criminal.

Cheers, Barrie.

John,

That metal halide bulb is doing a good job. Your neighbors probally think you got a marijuana farm inside your house.
