Lucky1: Tall palm on Vancouver Island

Yes, it's another island Windmill palm but this one is tall. It adds a California look to the yard. That's what the new (when image was taken) owners had to say about the tree. The tree was surrounded by a ground tarp to keep water away. I told them that water during summer is required to keep it nice for summer. But the tarp and rocks probably hold in moisture.
Enjoy

One of the Inner harbour palms planted where many can enjoy it.
Flowers on Windmill palms (Another image of Victoria). The smaller palm grew from seed on the site. It was of course a slow process but now it can grow with more speed.
