Dwarf Bamboo "Panda"

This loves to sit in an inch of water year-round.
Sounds easy.

The nursery clerk told me the name, but the tag stated the usual "tropical foliage"

But on Images Google found this: http://images.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=h ... %26hl%3Den

I think the Dwarf and Panda bamboo(s) are perhaps one and the same thing, except mine isn't variegated.
Interesting that there's a Fortunei  name.
