Jay, I am unable to embed the image. I click on the "add image to post" and nothing happens. I am sure I posted pics here before and it worked.

Those are nice James. I have a couple two footers in 3 gallon pots. :D I have fixed the "add image to post" so it should work now.

Jay

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

About 15f or so.

They are not completely hardy here. About every 10 years or so we will dip to 15f, but haven't since 1998. As a result we now have quite a few over 10 feet here and branching. They are root hardy below 15f, I don't know how far though.

Great pics. of healthy beautiful plants James. Those are very nice specimens. Have they flowered yet? I grow them all over my gardens because they grow so fast. I have several tall ones in my collection. Cheers, Joe

more picture - of cordy

Post by james brascher » Mon Oct 24, 2005 10:49 pm

It has bloomed twice now. Most that I have seen bloomed much smaller.
The garage roof is about 7 1/2 feet high. So I guess the cordy is 10-12 feet tall.

This arrived at my house in the back seat of my VW golf. Now it has almost caught up with a 20 yr old douglas fir.

I still can get the add image to post link to work, any ideas? It worked in the past.
