B.armata and W.filifera(robusta?) sailed through winter
I'm amazed at how robust this Washy spear looks...man, is it ever thick!
The other Washy isn't doing as well.

And the Brahea armata looks like it's pushing the spear.

Yup...that Brahea is such a lovely color.
What a size difference from its twin, which is still potted and in the cold building.

Today noticed a bunch of ants on it.
They're probably placing scale eggs back on the fronds from the soil.
