don't think it'd make it unless you had a nice box and a ton of heat.

Apparently they are tougher than we think. Personally, I wouldnt, but I've heard cases where they die back along a warm wall then regrow in the spring.
For $7, it may be worth a try for fun.

Yeah I was thinking in a warm box...Will it need any light If kept around 40°farenhight?

I would think you'd need to be warmer than that. I don't think majesty palms like any amount of cold, much less prolonged cold.

I'd guess 50 degrees would at least need to be maintained.
