Nobody panics when people plant normal trees because its part of the plan... if someone plants a Palm EVERYONE LOSES THERE MINDS!

I bought 3 30 gallon fan palms and a 30 gallon pindo five over the past five years. Good quality.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and was quite pleased. Fair prices and healthy specimens.
The fella, Sean I think, is a really good guy. I would just call him. Mine were personally delivered as he does a couple of runs in his truck every Spring.
The only time I used the website was when I decided to buy an extra off his truck. I had no cash but he said just go to the website, buy it from there, and put a note there reminding him I bought it in person. Worked fine.
In short, I give Chilly Palms a complete thumbs up.
