Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

I kinda guessed you were going to get some cold weather after seeing the BBC weather for the North American continent http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/
Looks as though while you freeze the east coast boils Hopefully everything works!
Cold over here in the evenings around zero to just below but warm (by our standards) in the daytime... 11-13C.

Thanks, I think it will all work out.andym wrote: Looks as though while you freeze the east coast boils Hopefully everything works!
As much as I dislike the cold I'm glad to see it get back to normal. I don't want to see another year when it stays too warm for too long and gets record cold all in the same week. Very hard on my plants.

that rostrata looks cold! We were pretty warm today....high of 57F at local school with full sun and little wind.....it was great.
We hit 23F the other night......it was suppose to be 28F or 29F so it was a surprise! Yahoo!! I noticed the Acacia boxifolia leaves got fried......not very impressed.
The bucket of water against the house had some ice in it.
<img src=http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c309/ ... 7A8C70.jpg>
We got a couple inches of snow too:

Yucca Frostrata.......
Aaron, very pretty photo.
let's hope for a GENTLE slide into winter.
Too cold too soon is as bad, I think, as an abnormally warm Fall.
